These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the WeatherRace website and apps ("the App", "we", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Weather forecasts are predictions and are inherently uncertain. The weather information in the App is provided for general and entertainment purposes only. It is not an official weather service and must not be relied on for decisions affecting health, safety, travel, property or events, including severe weather. Always consult official sources, such as your national weather service, for warnings and safety information.
Weather, race schedules, results and historical data are supplied by or derived from third‑party sources (see Credits & Data Sources in the App). We do not control these sources and cannot guarantee that the information is accurate, complete or up to date. Schedules and results may change, be delayed, or be corrected after publication.
The App is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error‑free or always available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or other damages, or for any loss, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, or from any decision or action taken based on information shown in the App. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
The WeatherRace name, logo, design, graphics and code are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission. Third‑party data and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
WeatherRace is an unofficial fan project and is not associated in any way with the Formula 1 companies, or any GT Racing organizations. F1, FORMULA 1, and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use is also subject to that store's terms. For the iOS app, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies. Apple and Google are not responsible for the App or its content.
How the App handles location and other data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the App at any time, and may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law rules, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
